Your order

Please let us know your choices of color and markings, and your sizing where needed. Many items are made to fit a particular size; if we are unable to re-size an item we will tell you in advance. We will discuss your order with you before starting on it to verify we're making what you want, and how long it will take for us to create it.

NOTICE - All paws and heads are made at the time of your order, and thus may have some variation from the images in this catalog. Allow at least 3 to 4 weeks for crafting and shipping.

Because your order will be made to your specifications there are NO REFUNDS.

Payment

Payment must be in U.S. funds, and can be made by MasterCard, VISA, Discover or Money Order, unless other arrangements are made in advance. For your own protection, DO NOT E-MAIL CREDIT CARD INFO OR LEAVE IT ON OUR VOICE MAIL. Credit purchases must be done over the phone or via standard postal mail.

Taxes

California residents will have 9.25% sales tax added.

Shipping

Shipping will be determined at the time of ordering. Normally we will ship via USPS Priority Mail with insurance.

To our international customers: International shipping does not include brokerage and/or customs fees. These are collected by the carrier on delivery, and we have no control (or knowledge) of how much these fees will be.
